1. Can I sit after the procedure? Yes, you can.
We will fully explain and demonstrate how to sit correctly.
2. When should I change the dressing after the procedure?If a bandage was applied in the clinic, it can be removed at home.
The plaster covering the injection points can be left until the next morning, after which it should be replaced with proper antiseptic treatment.
3. Can I return to work immediately? Most clients return to work the next day, provided the job does not involve heavy physical activity. If your job is sedentary, you must follow the sitting guidance provided by your practitioner.
4. How much water should I drink after the procedure? On the day of treatment and during the recovery period, it is recommended to drink at least two litres of water per day. Proper hydration supports tissue recovery and optimal results.
5. Can I go to the gym?Physical activity is allowed, but exercises targeting the glutes must be avoided.
Upper body training is permitted.
Important:

6. Will there be swelling or bruising? Mild to moderate swelling is normal and can last up to two weeks. Minor bruising may occur and typically resolves on its own.
7. How to care for the injection points?The plaster should be changed regularly.
Before showering:
- remove the regular plaster
- disinfect the injection site
- apply a waterproof plaster
After showering:
- remove the waterproof plaster
- disinfect the area
- apply a regular plaster
8 .Where can I buy plasters and antiseptic?You can purchase them at our clinic or at a pharmacy:

9.Can I take a shower?Yes, showering is allowed.
Baths, saunas, and hot treatments should be avoided for 2 weeks.
10.How should I sleep?You can sleep on your stomach or on your back.
It is recommended to place pillows under your back and under the buttocks to avoid pressure on the treated area.
11.What fillers are used?We use Deneb, Genefill, and Hyacorp.
The choice is made individually based on anatomy and desired results.
12.When can I have a top-up?After 2–4 weeks.
13.How many ml do I need?The volume is selected individually.
On average, we recommend starting from 200 ml, depending on the initial shape and desired outcome.
14.How can I find out the exact volume?You can book an online consultation or visit the clinic in person.

15.Are antibiotics prescribed?Yes, if necessary, our prescriber can issue antibiotics.
