    Answer:
    We are committed to refund in full if the cosmetic products are not original, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days after receiving your order.

    Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

    Our customer service team will review the refund/return process request and send you further instructions if there are any discrepancies.

    Only requests for products purchased directly from Beauty Gadgets USA are accepted.

    For problematic requests for products purchased in collaboration with other authorized professionals, please contact them directly for returns.

    Applications for non-compliance and aggressive behaviours will not be accepted.

    Individual items cannot be exchanged or returned.

    Beauty Gadgets USA reserves the right to refuse returns.

    Receipt.

    Video or photo of a digital product. (if relevant)

    Full shipping address.

    In some cases, you may be required to attach a video or photograpgh of the defective product as evidence so that we can help you.

    HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

    It may take up to 3 business days to process your return from the day your request is received. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email to confirm.

    WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND?

    All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, a refund will be sent to your card issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the returned product or cancellation
    request.

    Contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is sent to your account.
